Creating a Modern Healthcare Website from Discovery to Launch

Sante Laval approached Consulting Group without an existing website or prepared digital content, making it essential to begin the project with a comprehensive discovery phase. We worked closely with the client to understand their organization, healthcare services, business objectives, and target audience before defining the information architecture and user experience. Based on these workshops, our team designed a fully customized HTML and Bootstrap template that reflected the organization's professional image while ensuring an intuitive navigation experience for patients and visitors. Through multiple review cycles, the design, layout, colours, typography, and page structure were refined until every detail met the client's expectations. Once the design was approved, we transformed the validated prototype into a production-ready website powered by Umbraco CMS, giving the client a secure, scalable, and easy-to-manage content management platform. The implementation included responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, allowing visitors to access healthcare information from any screen. We also configured the hosting environment, managed the DNS configuration, installed SSL certificates, and handled the complete deployment process to ensure a reliable and secure launch. To make the organization fully autonomous, we conducted hands-on training sessions that enabled the Sante Laval team to independently update pages, edit text, replace images, and publish new content without requiring technical assistance. Today, we continue supporting the client with website maintenance, design improvements, content structure enhancements, SSL certificate renewals, and technical guidance, ensuring their digital presence continues to evolve alongside their organization.
